If you are running BayLister and having problems with listings, you can notify us directly via the "About/Trouble Report" screen. Merely run BayLister, go to the Inventory screen, select 1 or 2 listings that are giving you problems, and then press the F3 key on your keyboard.
(Even if you aren't having problems, you can still contact us this way).
Click on the Report a Problem button and fill in a brief description of what isn't working right, or just ask a question. When you send us the Report, an information packet will be uploaded to our Support personnel to supply them with the information they need to resolve your questions.
Once we get the trouble report we will notify you as soon as we have a solution. If it appears it will take a while to resolve, we'll let you know that we are working on it.
